“Thanks Vicente for the nice stay!”
Everything is quiet new, the building, the flat. Very well isolated, which is unusual for Spain. Although fresh and chilly the flat was always cozy. And it has everything you need, a lot of details like tabs for washing machine and dishwasher.

“Excellent, new apartment”
Excellent stay. Brand new apartment with top of the line appliances. (e.g. Bosch Oven, microwave, fridge; two full HD LG TVs, top range washer and dryer ... they didnt go cheap on any of the applicances or other things like plates, cups, furniture etc.). Includes coffee machine, two hair dryers, excellent heating facilities. Clean apartment, tastefully decorated. Kids loved the bunk beds. Good communication from the host, instructions to enter the apartment (we arrived at 22:00) were very clear and easy.

great location, super central. Appartment is very new and has good facilities (washing machine, dryer, well supplied kitchen). Sunny balcony in the afternoon! Comfortable beds.

“Nice relaxing stay with a pool”
It was exactly like on thr photos - clean, light and comfortable. There were all necessities for a nice vacation with 3 people. The pool is not heated but it was still nice to swim in.

“Quality apartment in central Vilanova I la Geltru”
The apartment is brand new, stylish and furnished to a high standard. Perfect for a couple or family with a double bedroom ensuite and a bedroom with adult size bunk beds. There is a spacious hall way leading to a shower room and main living room with dining table and leather reclining sofa. Good sized kitchen with Bosch oven, hob & inbuilt microwave. There is also LG washing machine & dryer and whole apartment A/C & hot water. Nice big balcony with views over the gardens and swimming pool. Swimming pool is very nice for lazing in with an ankle deep area for small children graduating to 1.8m deep end. The apartment is well located in a quiet street close to central Vilanova old & new towns. Vilanova has an old quarter which is full of history as well as a new part with a lively Rambla full of quality shops and restaurants & cafes. It's a pleasant 20 minute walk to the wonderful golden beaches. There's not much not to like about this apartment
