Very friendly staff, quiet peaceful location

The ambience was so relaxing . great views and facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy access to Mt Teide and surroundings.

The restaurant food was excellent even if the service was a little amateur and slow. The weather was appalling whilst we were there and our first room developed a leak in the ceiling so we were moved to another (and better ) room. The spa has a variety of sauna and steam rooms plus a jacuzzi and a swimming pool. There are good walks from the hotel but not very much information about accessing them.

The spa was lovely and the Hotel is in a quiet place with. Breakfast is good and staff is okay. Winding roads to get there with lovely views. Good for walks when the weather permits.

Nice hotel up in the mountains of Teneriffe. The location is really nice if you are looking for Hiking tours or a visit of the Teide area. The hotel has a individual touch and a really friendly & helpful team which creates a warm atmosphere. Breakfast features a lot of different options & is really delicious. The Spa area is not the most modern one but offers nice Sauna & relax options, which are perfect after a hiking day.

Location is great. As are the Spa facilities. Balconies and breakfast are to die for.

I enjoyed literally everything, the location is perfect. This place is ideal to disconnect and stay close to nature. There are a lot of amazing hiking spots in the neighborhood. The hotel is clean with a really nice SPA and I recommend using at least one option of massage - they are amazing. The staff is professional and very friendly. It's a very quiet, clean and beautiful place. I will be back 100% ❤️ Thank you guys for the hospitality and wonderful experience 🙏🏻

I came to this hotel looking for peace and relaxation, and it truly delivered. The surroundings are tranquil, the hotel is lovely, and the atmosphere is perfect for unwinding. A special thank you to Angelo at reception, who was extremely helpful, professional, and always a true gentleman. Lisa at the spa provided excellent treatments that really helped me relax, and Vincent from the restaurant, along with the entire team, made every meal a pleasure with their friendly and attentive service. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful, high-quality getaway.
