Great place, the location is good, really close to the beach, to the Morro do Moreno hike and to many restaurants. There are few shops around if needed. I spend most of my days out but I really appreciate the place. The staff was efficient, super kind and helpful. I loved the breakfast, many options, all tasty! The place is well maintained. There is a small pool, a shared kitchen, a lounge etc.. I would definitely come back there =)

“Amazing location & wonderful breakfast”
The place is in the best location in Vila Velha, is in a walking distance to everything you must see there (morro do moreno, farol Santa Lucia, beaches and even the Convento da Penha), the breakfast is terrific, really felt like at home there

“A real gem”
Absolutely gorgeous! Homely, clean and very well decorated. The staff are lovely and caring, without being nosey. This place is proof that “affordable” doesn’t need to be cheap and nasty. It’s affordable and really well maintained by people who care. I was on my own and met other cool guests from different parts of the world at breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

“Dream location and people,3-5 minutes away from beach”
Dream Location is very near to the beach, 3-5 minutes, situated in a nice safe neighborhood. You get a tasty breakfast, can sitting around with the other guest, and enjoy the meal. The best is the personal of the location. Very helpful, you feel like child in grandma house. Top recommendation

“Perfect location”
Breakfast was delicious! Staff friendly, polite and helpful. The accommodation was simple but clean, comfy and made me feel like home :) Wi-fi worked well in all areas, shout out for the cleanliness in the toilets!! Perfect location, near the beach, restaurants, night life

Staff friendly, location near beach and restaurants, and a variety of good breakfasts. I had a problem with lock from door and owner fixed the issue right of way in the middle of the night. She cares about her guests.
