Such friendly staff, especially Hannah, who has been mentioned several times on reviews, quite rightly. I paid for parking but couldn't manoeuvre my car so she refunded my money. Also the night security guard who gave me hot water to make tea in my room, and assisted when I couldn't work the shower! Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Everything was really good. The staff were so helpful and genuinely kind. I dropped my raincoat in the underground parking and after I had arranged for a courier, they parcelled up my coat, printed the label from the courier company and it was returned in 24 hours. The beds were super comfortable, spacious rooms, breakfast was delicious with excellent coffee. I highly recommend 👌

“A disappointing hotel in disappointing town”
The outside of the hotel looked lovely, situated in the Old Town. The interior lobby was smart and chic and the lady that booked us in was helpful and polite. The room we were allocated was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast the following morning was adequate.

Great value for money & in a great location. The hotel staff were super attentive & helpful. We were given a room with a terrace even though I had only paid for a standard room, this was a nice touch. Id defo recommend staying here if looking to spend time in vila seca, or if you're wanting to travel to salou, tarragona & barcelona.
