A lovely location on a working farm. We were made very welcome. The owner cooked supper for us and provided an excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.

“Wonderful place!”
The property was wonderfully comfortable and immediately made us relax. The house is beautiful and stylish. Our three teenage sons loved staying in the large bedroom with beds in the alcoves. They had a brilliant time. Everything we needed was there and I caught up the the washing! My husband loved having a fire. The hosts could not have been more kind.

“Beautiful and clean accommodation with very friendly personal!”
Very nice place and friendly personal. We stayed one night in a beautiful house, which was very clean and cosy. Breakfast was excellent and enviroment peaceful.

“If you want to get out in the country, it is hard to find a better place.”
A fantastic place. Scenic view over the valley and mountains. The hosts was super friendly. We book 3 rooms, but was upgraded to an entire house, due to construction work near the rooms we originally booked. The place is really cozy and the interior fits excellently with the land and mountain atmosphere outside.

We were there for a very short stay. It was strangely built, yet comfortable cabin (steep staircase, 1m high entrance to the room). We liked it very much. The crew was kind, breakfast (bought separately) was very good

“Definitely a highlight of my trip”
I felt very welcome in Tuftegarden, it has a family spirit. A very nice way to discover Norwegians culture. The place and the views are great. It is a quiet and peaceful place. The Fossestein trail was a marvelous discovery

“Very hospitable host”
The hostess was very friendly and helpful and made the stay special. The location is on a farm at the end of a lake. Great breakfast of local produce. The owner also made us soup and pizza on the evening we arrived. We enjoyed our chat with the owner who made us feel like we were visiting friends rather than staying in a hotel.

“Lake view perfection”
The apartments are the old farmhouse buildings on a beautiful location, looking out over the lake. Perfect ambiance, we loved our outdoor seating. Perfect host.
