They have not turn on the AC and room was not cleaned. The bedrolls were already used. No breakfast as mentioned in the Booking.com web site.

“Nice hotel and VFM”
They offered the room at a good price. Room was good enough. Ac and Tv were working well. Hotel is on a busy street with easy access to food and transport. Overall I liked our stsy at the hotel.

Room service very poor and takes 30 minutes to respond, glasses not provided in room in spite of requesting, they do not provide value to customer for online booking, service has detiorated compared to last time and room boy do not have the courtesy to return the change.
