“Property needs to accept booking.com reservations as-is and provide facilities as promised.”
They said that they don't take booking reservations typically and came up with an arrangement using their rack rates, wherein they only provided 1 room for 6 guests, and asked everyone to adjust in only one of the 2 rooms that we booked online. While this was better than having no accommodation for the night, given that we arrived at 4 AM and checked out within 6 hours, upon request, they provided an 'inn' room in adjacent property with black mold pillows and old ACs, that left guests with bad sore throat next morning.

we stayed in their suite room. the room and the bathroom is good for the tariff charged. The hotel is just next to the highway so it’s very convenient for travellers who are driving by and want to spend a night Halt there.
