The sheets were stained. The toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet. The sink just had a hole in it so would splash all over your feet when washing your hands. No seats and creaky doors. Not a nice place.

Don't go there I'm almost sure one of the employees stole me some money!!!! The name of the hotel has change nobody can find it ! I miss a ride to vang vien because of it JUST DON'T GO THERE

Over booked, so first night in single dark room with no balcony having booked deluxe double with balcony. Pictures very dated. Basically don't stay here.

Nice hotel , located the Namkhan river , Phousi hill . The room is big with classic style decoration Everything in the walking distance , just few minutes to night market. The walking street is front the hotel Staffs very nice and friendly, breakfast was nice with banana pancake . I very satisfied here and highly recommend

“The room was okay but the bathroom was quite disappointing. The room needed a lot more care put into it to make it a nic”
A great location right in the centre of town. The staff were also really great. They made a big effort to make sure we were happy.

The location is great. The three bedroom with balcony - rooms are decent value for the price and I could recommend those - the cheap rooms not so much.

The location is great, and we were given the chance to check in earlier, which was very nice because we were tired and in need of a shower.

The reservation did not happen! The hotel was overbooked and once we arrived, there was no room available. It can happen, system fault or whatever, but we were not the only ones! There was a group of 6 who booked 3 rooms and there was no room for them either! The worst was that the person at the reception did not say a thing - we were waiting for our turn to check in for around 15 min, he saw us, but no word of explanation, being sorry - nothing. Therefore if you book this place, better to call them or something to really make sure you will have a room.

“Perfect for a quick stop”
Located in the middle of Vientiane, great restaurants around. Staff is friendly and speaks good English. They upgraded our room for free without even asking.
