Great pre arrival communications from the hotel by email. We loved the location, easy to walk to the major sites, close to the Mekong and also the night food market. The hotel benefits from nice large apartments with a comfortable bed, good air conditioning and a reasonably stocked kitchen. Good to also have a dressing table, coffee table, sofa, dining table, 3 chairs, clothes rail, ironing board and iron. We didn’t go for a bed & breakfast package, but did make use of the large pool and communal laundry facilities. The pool here slopes from 0.8m to 1.8m in depth and is geared for quiet relaxation. No pool bar or 24/7 music, just the opportunity to swim, chill and enjoy the birdsong from the gardens Front of house team - A wonderful welcome from Aemmy & Anitsa on reception on arrival. Cheerful, informative and very helpful. Really helped us settle into the hotel Also a big thank you to Sinthavong & Khambai on reception when we had to print off our Singapore Arrival Cards and amended flight details. That little kind gesture has made our onward travel so easy. A big shout out to the housekeeping team. These guys behind the scenes are normally overlooked and therefore deserve recognition in their own right. Fresh towels provided every day and the option for a bedding refresh too. Exceptional service and attention to detail. Sorry I didn’t get your names.

Huge apartment and pool. Quiet with not many guests around. Very helpful and friendly staff. Variety of options at breakfast. Great gym with everything we needed.

The room was very big and comfortable. The laundry machine is available at the first floor. Microwaves and general kitchen goods are also available. The staff are generally very kind with smiles.

Spacious 2 double bedroom apartment, nice location - close to meokong river and easy travelling for to see all the sites. Hotel helped arrange trips around and loca app did the rest.

Our apartment was fantastic loved my walk in wardrobe (2 bedroom apartment) great 25m pool, Not the warmest but you get used to it after a couple of minutes, Good location to get anywhere, Vientiane is very laid back with lots of temples and pagodas to explore (Plenty of bars too) Very cheap too.

Great to stay for longer. Serviced apartment style with all the essentials. Washing machines and driers free for use, which was great. Super flexible cleaning services, accommodating to our schedule, even in the evenings.
