Great room! The facilities could have been better, a lot of the gym equipment wasn’t working and the pool seemed to be shut during our stay. We also went to the room top bar during our stay and we sat for a good 20 mins without anyone taking our order, whilst the waitress sat watching videos on her phone. We ended up leaving before we ordered anything.

“luxurious and welcoming”

“Great staff, service and comfortable room”
Friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Amazing views from the rooftop bar/restaurant. Wide selection of tasty breakfast options. Location is a bit removed from the main sights, but we knew this when we booked and is reflected in the price.

“Perfect stay”
Extra Friendly workers. Spot of the hotel just outside the center but close to the river bank and night market. The pool was so nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was so complete

“Nice stay in a colourful Vientiane”
Everything was perfect, very nice breakfast with fruits and vegetables, swimming pool, nice room (I have got upgrade), people were friendly and very helpful.
