We liked the large rooms, even fitted with a hottub! The beautiful garden/park and the location itself was nice and peaceful. The breakfast had a lot of choice. Nice tasty bread, perfect for westerners. It also features some Chinese, Thai and Lao cousine. The separate Chinese restaurant of the hotel, was amazing and had a lot of choice, and good tables, which also includes an outdoor area for every room ( I believe they have around 12 rooms or so) that each fits 4 tables.
