Really nice staff, helped us resolve a room issue very late at night with no fuss, even upgraded us to a bigger room because of it. Organised our onward travel to vang vieng direct from the hotel at a very reasonable price . Rooftop pool was lovely in the evening and very quiet. Clean rooms.

“Luxurious”
The balcony was excellent; large with comfortable chairs (very rare in these parts,) Good facilities and lift a boon. Breakfast was first rate. Room was clean; bed comfortable room dark when curtains drawn Exchange rate fair Only stayed one night but will definitely stay again and got longer even though not a fan of Vientiane

The room was spacious, staff were very welcoming. One of the colleagues helped us order a takeaway as we were unable to do it from our phone and the kitchen was closed! Breakfast was really tasty.

The hotel's listed facilities mentioned a bathtub, but when I checked in, I was told this room type doesn't have one. I specifically booked this hotel to take a bath, so I feel like I was misled. On top of that, the hairdryer in the room was broken.

Exceptional service by the hotel staff, quick to respond in case of any requests, very helpful in advising guests on how to navigate in the city to their interested tourist sites and the hotel location is very near to most of the things you would love to see in the city!

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The hotel was close to the market, great cafes and restaurants close by. The air-conditioning was wonderful.

“The stay was enjoyable but I felt it was overpriced”
The room was kept clean by staff and the breakfast was fine but when we arrived at 6.30am every morning the staff were still getting everything ready and we had to wait for about 5 to 10 minutes most mornings. When ordering an omelet most mornings there was never any fillings, just a plain egg omelet. The lady on the door in restaurant was always very helpful and polite. We never visited the pool deck so cannot comment.
