Overall, the stay was positive. The location and price were in line with our expectations, the breakfast quality was good, and the cleanliness met the required standards. However, we had some negative experiences with a few staff members. At the reception, one of the employees showed no willingness to help on several occasions. We asked about the possibility of a room upgrade and were immediately told it would not be possible. We also asked about ski pass access/cards and were informed they were not available. After this experience, we approached another receptionist who was extremely helpful and provided all the assistance we had previously requested, showing the level of professionalism and availability that is expected in a hotel. At breakfast, one of the staff members was quite rude in two situations. First, when he noticed someone had entered the breakfast room and joined our table without informing him, and secondly when someone took breakfast utensils without his authorization. The way we were approached was not appropriate, lacking politeness and respect, and it made us feel as if we were being treated like children. The following day, the person responsible for breakfast was different and everything went as expected, with a much more professional and respectful atmosphere. Another negative point was that the room was excessively hot. It was not possible to adjust the temperature from the room, and at the reception we were informed that the heating control system was not working. In summary, while the hotel has good conditions and some very professional staff members, the attitude and consistency of service from certain employees should be improved to ensure a better guest experience.

I ordered a room for 3 people and a pet. Right before booking the receptionist confirmed that this is the right room type and they will accomodate us. But after I paid she told that unfortunately the selected room type is not available and she can only offer a room for 2 people (smaller and cheaper). The hotel itself is old. We moved out the next morning, as soon as possible.

Basically a good hotel, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

Buffet dinner was great and we had the pool to ourselves.

The breakfast and dinner was amazing, the staff, especially the waiters were super friendly, great location. The swimming pool and games room was a great area to relax and have fun in. We will definitely visit again.

We were visiting the area for a ultra trail run. It was so refreshing to have friendly and helpful staff, in all areas of the hotel. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We slept soundly. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. The dinner buffet was also good. We recommend this hotel and would book here again.

Solo traveller, arriving by bike, 1 night half board. Friendly and happy staff in all areas. Perfectly clean room, no complaint that it was small, I knew that when booking. Room not tired or worn out at all, bed comfortable, good bedding. Bathroom smart, clean and not worn. Rooms have been updated as needed recently, new shower, central wall control for radiator heating. Style is dated yes, but I don’t choose based on decor. Lots of choice at buffet dinner, meats, salads, potato dishes, pastas, salads, pizza. Good selection of desserts, fruit and vegetable ice cream. Lots of choice at buffet breakfast, hot food, bread, cheeses, meats, fruit, yoghurt etc. Easy parking for cars out front, looked safe, I’d use it. Short easy stroll (1km) downhill in to town. A bus load of teenagers staying were put on a floor just for them, so no disturbance to other guests. I’ve stayed in many hotels that would not have been so thoughtful, top marks for that. Secure storage for bicycles, always locked room right next to reception, key held by reception.

The hotel is what I expected, a slightly run down 1970´s ski hotel. The staff were great.

Location, as within walking distance of Veilha (although not with an good path for pedestrians) and on side towards Baqueira Beret, so not requiring driving trought Veilha to get to the ski resort. Nothing else to like.
