Bad experience overall. The location is nice, a small village connected to Vielha, and the apartment itself is pleasant, though the photos are misleading — it looks bigger online, probably because they reused shots of the same room with different bedding. The biggest issue was the payment. We were forced to pay a €300 deposit through an unknown, sketchy web link sent by the property, even though the listing clearly stated the deposit was to be paid on arrival. Worse, they refused to give us the property’s location until we paid via that link. The only alternative offered was to drive to another village to pick up the keys in person, which would have added an extra hour to our trip. On top of that, the cleaning fee was absurd: €180 for a 60 sqm apartment. Basics were barely provided — just one small bar of soap for a family of five, one toilet roll, and one dishwasher tabs. To make things worse, they kept the right to hold our €300 deposit for seven days after checkout, even though they entered the property immediately as we left. Check-out was at 11:00, yet the cleaners were already waiting outside at 10:20, which felt pushy. Overall, the whole experience gave me the impression that the host does not trust their guests, which is not a nice feeling. I will not go back.
