The Apartments were clean and spacious. Merlyn was always on hand for any questions we had and kept the apartment clean every other day. The location was OK easy enough to get around the island. The swimming pool was a good size and cleaned every day. Very quiet and relaxing place to stay, small. Store just outside the front gate Amazing place to stay.

We had absolutely amazing stay at Phoenix apartments. The room was very modern and spacious, the only one with efficient and well working AC we found in Seychelles. The view was fantastic and the best was the swimming pool. We came to this apartment after 3 weeks of active holiday in Seychelles to just stay and chill by the pool. And it was the best decision.

Everything. Modern apartment hotel with a swimming pool. Clean with all the amenities you need. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. They were professional in every aspect. The best accommodation we stayed at three islands. Maje, praslin and La dique. 5 minutes drive from Victoria and the port. The airport is a bit further away. We stayed in Maje for 4 nights when we arrived in Seychelles and 1 night before departure. Spent 2 nights in anse Royale (south east) where I can say is slightly better as location but nothing exceptional. I think it is better anse etoile as the whole package. You definitely need a car for a couple of days to explore the whole island but we did rent for the 4 days. Buses are comfortable and easy to go around if you already visited the places and you know where and what to do. My tip as advice for Maje island is to book a stay at Phoenix apartments arrange a shuttle service from the hotel or get a taxi. The price is the same or maybe slightly cheaper from the hotel.rent a car and explore the whole island (best price they offer is 50 per day). For us the best beach for swimming by far was 1: anse petite and anse Soleil if there are not waves 2: grand anse and anse Royale 3: anse sunset and beau vaulon are worth visiting. Don't bother to cook food by yourself. Products are expensive even in the mini markets. You can order take away from restaurants or use the local canteens. you can found one in beau vaulon. Price 5 to 15 euros per person. My fair opinion for Seychelles for the 3 main islands. You can spend 12 to 14 nights. We did 14 nights. 5 total nights on Maje. 5 nights Praslin and 4 nights La dique. As for the quality of the beaches I preferred La dique (grand anse and petite anse) Praslin only anse Lazio and the au de cot.

Very nice self catering apartment in small complex on the water. Clean, secure, recent build. Nice and quiet. Family run business. Very friendly staff. Can arrange transfer to/from airport in advance
