.This place is really special for me. The host is very kind and friendly, You feel like guest, not like client. There is some nice personal story behind this villa and You can feel it in small details. Atmosphere is calm, cozy and very family style. Location is very good. Near is beautiful beach, very clean and almost no people, feels like private beach. Also small shop is close, so it is easy to buy what You need. Also good connection — around 10 min by bus and You are in more active place, like Victoria or other side of island. So You have both: quiet relax and also can go to more busy places. Food is simple but very tasty like home food, made with care. Everything looks natural, not like big hotel, and this is very nice. Overall it is not just stay, it is more like experiance where You can relax and enjoy.

We left there with the most beautiful memories and the best thoughts for Mrs. Marylene which consistently went above and beyond to make our stay memorable! The owner of Le Bonheur Villa is the most extraordinary person. She is very kind, helpful and very caring. We had a very kind reception at Le Bonheur Villa. We got a lot of information regarding places to go on Mahe, we were told about culture and lifestyle in the Seychelles. We also met other staff at Le Bonheur Villa. The chef made exellent food and we had the best food during our stay in the Seychelles the 5 days we stayed at Le Bonheur villa. The other staff was very helpfull.

“We would gladly return”

Le Bonheur Villa is a superb location. For our family of 5 people (adults), we made a reservation for 3 rooms, but we received an upgrade for one of the rooms to a suite. This is absolutely gorgeous because the room, the balcony and the bathroom are huge. The view from the balcony is of the pool and across the street to the ocean. The facilities are very good, although in many respects they are outdated and worn. The breakfast was island style (similar to the breakfast on Praslin and La Digue) but for us it was OK both qualitatively and quantitatively. The relationship with the staff was good and we appreciated this. The dinner taken at the location on the first evening was a very high-quality one (according to all reviews related to this topic). I warmly recommend for all those staying at the villa not to miss at least one dinner in the location. The cost is similar to any restaurant on the island, but the quality fully justifies it. We also appreciated that for an additional fee we could keep the suite for a late checkout because our departure flight was in the evening. If the opportunity arises, we will gladly return to Le Bonheur Villa.

Owner and personnel (Susil!!) were extremely attentive and going out of the way to help us, including renting a car at a good price. The room was excellent, the breakfast as well, and we had dinner there two days - wonderful! The pool is amazing as well and as you step out of the villa you find the sea in front of you. Excellent hospitality. Dinner was especially good. Very good value for money. Very calm and relaxing as the location is away from the centre.

Food overall was amazing. The fresh fish for dinner is to die for! Brekfast is also really nice. The stuff working there is just amazing, so nice and warm people. They gave us advices everyday about what we should do and what to visit.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was clean and well located for our plans. The staff was extremely friendly, they were kind and always there for us trying to make you feel at home. Last day, the staff prepared breakfast for us even though we had to leave early in the morning. It’s the small details that make a difference - loved it and very much appreciated it. We really recommend the villa if you want a bit of human warmth, attention, and feeling spoiled.
