“Place is great, just needs better cleaning”

The flat layout is good, separate bedroom from bathroom and living/kitchen area, with another door leading to the balcony. View over Anse Royale is gorgeous (even from the back room on the 2nd floor, but there might be some construction in the future, so not sure how it will look like in later years, maybe only the front flats will keep the view). Decent size for 2 people if can share a bed. Owners are friendly and responsive via WhatsApp, tried to make our stay comfortable, allowed for a late checkout at no extra fee-very grateful for that, as managed to go swim one more time before getting ready for airport. Close to the beach-can walk, maybe 10-15 min, can go to either beach-by Souris Island (smaller beach, turn left on main road) or Anse Royale (turn right) which is much bigger. Mind the steel hill need to go down/up, we walked and drove (good idea to rent a more powerful car to climb that hill, it is steep!) Property is very pretty.

Great view, spacious apartment with a big balcony/terrace and a large kitchen. A very nice beach, restaurants, shops, and a bus stop are nearby. Be aware that the road to the apartment is very steep. Getting there takes only 6-7 minutes, but it can be strenuous, especially when you're carrying something heavy.

The apartment is spacious and offers a stunning view of the ocean, where we enjoyed breathtaking sunrises every morning. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the beautiful Fairyland Beach, as well as shops and restaurants. A perfect place to relax and explore the area. Highly recommended!

We cherished every moment of our stay here and are eagerly anticipating our return for future visits. Strongly recommended. Note that if you plan to rent a car, sufficient driving experience is necessary as the villa is situated atop a steep hill.

The view was absolutely stunning, the aparment itself is very nice, up on the hill, it is quite calm but still close to the main road, which was perfect. There is parking right under the villa and the garden is well taken care of. The communication with the owner and staff was prompt and friendly.

Perfectly located above Anse Royale, spacious apartment, full kitchen and air conditioned sleeping room which was absolutely necessary during our stay. Wonderful view.

The accommodation was kinda acceptable. the Kitchen was not fully equipped. Lots of things were missing. For our stay we didn't have hot water.

The host was warm and very helpful. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The place had all the amenities required for cooking and also had laundry facilities. The location is close to the beach and supermarket, bank and restaurants close to the downtown.

Lovely apartment with a great view to the Anse Royale bay/beach below. It was helpful to have a private car parking area for our hire car. It was a 2-3 min drive to a nice spot on the Anse Royale beach.

“Magical stay”

Fantastic place in Anse Royal. Situated in a small town but they have all the essential shops and few nice restaurants nearby, there is a hospital and police station there too. Honestly probably the best town to stay on Mahe island as its close to the best beaches and nice restaurants. The beach is just down the hill, albeit it is a steep hill but if you have a car it's no issue at all. The apartment is equipped very well and has air con in the bedroom. The host is nice and welcoming, place gets cleaned properly every second day including fresh towels and bed sheets, what more can you want, the sea view is amazing. I would go for the deluxe apartment next time as its on the second/top floor and a bit more private and the view is better, but they are all the same in terms of equipment etc. Great place and I would stay here again, unbelievable value for money.

Amazing view from the terrace. 5 minutes walk to the gorgeous beach. Many shops and takeaways are nearby. Possibility of leaving the luggage and have shower after the check out. The cleaning lady is lovely.
