“Beautiful hotel, friendly and knowledgable Staff!”
The staff were super friendly! Sharon’s knowledge about the island was second to none. She gave so many good suggestions and knew the best ways to get to places. Everything that was recommended was amazing! I can’t wait to stay here again!

“Lovely hotel in Victoria - highly recommended.”
Good location - need to access reception via a lift to 4th floor. Located on top of a shopping centre with excellent supermarket downstairs at basement level. Hotel staff really assisted in arranging an executive transfer for us from Mdina to the hotel and later back to Valetta. Arrangements very good. We were upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi but then moved back to original room overlooking the park as quieter. Rooms very comfortable and housekeeping staff and other staff excellent. Good breakfast - lovely outlook in the restaurant area over the citadel.

“Excellent”
Location is excellent. The Victoria bus station is just behind the hotel and fabulous eating places are 5 mins walk away. The staff is just great. When I checked in, the lady at the reception took great effort in explaining what I should try in Gozo, places to visit and even told me what buses to use. The room was nice and comfortable.

“Lovely base for Gozo”
The room was very comfortable and lovely. Located in the heart of Victoria, good base to see the city and surrounding area. Parking available in the same building for a fee... a bit confusing how enter at first - have to wait for the "traffic light" to enter and exit because there is just one lane. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast buffet is great, in the dining area that faces the citadel.
