“Good option”
The staff was nice and I had a good time with the tours I booked from them. Breakfast is ok, but you have to order everything you want, even butter is not there at the table - could be cultural. Room was clean and spacious, shower was good, we slept well. Price was high for us, but everything looks expensive in Zimbabwe. We used the app indrive, similar to Uber, to go to the city for 5usd (could be less if anyone accepts it)

Our stay in Victoria Falls was truly enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our visit. They were consistently friendly, helpful, and their kindness felt genuine, which made a big difference to our overall experience. The premises were excellent, peaceful, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It provided the perfect environment to relax and unwind. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Great grounds with lots of rooms, a bar and restaurant area. Price was good and rooms are nice and big all with outside seating. Food was good and freshly prepared. Staff very helpful and friendly, stored our bags so we could enjoy our last day before afternoon flight.

“Good breakfast and accomodating staff and management.”
After a bumpy start the manager and her staff made the stay very pleasant and comfortable. They were friendly and very accommodating. The arrival and first night were avoidable and should not have happened if they where more tentative to the booking.
