The breakfast was good; the problem was that it was served around 1100hrs and for some reasons known to the host we were always served breakfast last despite being the first to arrive in the dining hall, that did not sit well with me as I had kids. I was never given a reason as to why they were doing that

The house requires a lot of maintenance, I e door handles, fridge door re-adjusting, the entrance door had to be repaired as it couldn't be locked from the outside. Only 2 glasses for all guests. Coffee mugs were too huge, no normal sized cups.

The management Staff are very accommodating welcomingand quick to respond .We didn't hire a car it made no difference because staff were there taking us where ever we wanted to go .I recommend or suggest this apartment for anyone searching for a cozy and convenient place for their visit in Vic falls The apartment is modern bright, spacious ,cozy and big enough for big families A perfect place for relaxing and rewinding with a swimming pool as a bonus This is what we needed after all I recommend anyone visiting Victoria falls to book this apartment and completely pleased with their cleanliness customer services and professionalism.
