Beautiful place and outstanding hosting. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There is nothing I did not like about this place. I would highly recommend. Very close to town and Victoria falls which is what we wanted. Superb!

The staff were quite nice and the property is in parts quite pretty however there are alot of expansion works ongoing. Breakfast is good and there is good machine coffee available. Rooms are decent.

Jacaranda was superb for our group of 11. Hospitable, warm and assisted with early check in.

There are extensive building works being undertaken that we were not advised of. This meant that after many early mornings and long days when we were hoping to relax by the pool it was not possible. We should’ve been advised of the building works after booking, as had we known, we would not have stayed there. The works were loud and ongoing all day, until we raised it with the staff and they finally shut it down for one afternoon. The staff are friendly however it was up to us to request fresh water and housekeeping each day. I expect water and housekeeping to basic practices of all hotels so it was disappointing that we had to go out of our way request them each day.

Very spacious room with large balcony overlooking the gardens and pool. Very nice staff. Peaceful, relaxing, close to a great restaurant and small supermarket.

Breakfast was excellent with a great variety to choose from. Everything was fresh, tasty, and well-presented, and there was something to suit everyone’s preferences. It really set us up for the day. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. It was close to key attractions, restaurants, and shops while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Our stay was amazing, the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, and Jan, the owner, is one of the loveliest people you’ll ever meet. She went above and beyond to accommodate my sister at short notice at a very reasonable price. Since our phones weren’t working, Jan kindly went out of her way to call taxis for us whenever we needed one, which made our experience even more special and stress-free.

View from our balcony was lovely, overlooking pool and garden. Loved the outdoor dining for breakfast. Room was very nice, air conditioned, plenty of wardrobe space. Massive mosquito net was fantastic, more like curtains around the bed so did not feel cramped.
