What a quirky, typical African lodge with thatched roof and lots of beautiful garden space. The wedding suite was amazing. 5* restaurant food and hot breakfast to order. If we ever return to Victoria Falls, our place to stay would be the Bayete. A big thank you to Michael who made our stay very special 🤗

Clean rooms, but we missed a little bit more daylight. The house keeping staff is amazing. Thanks fro drying our shoes after the falls.

Convenient location - just a short taxi ride to the centre and to the Falls. Great place to relax over lunch or dinner. Pleasant and helpful staff and clean and spacious room. Beautiful garden!

Is it located 5-10 minutes away(driving) from the falls, there is even a grocery store nearby. The staff is really nice and the breakfast was very good,also.

Very comfortable accommodation. Room was large and a/c was effective & quiet. Staff were helpful and really friendly. Breakfast was excellent and the main meals we had very well prepared.

The staff without exception were all lovely.....helpful and engaging. Very different from those you come across in neighbouring South Africa. The food was beautifully prepared and well presented.....we couldn't fault it.

“Wonderful - I would definitely like to stay at Bayete again.”
The staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure that we had a wonderful experience in Victoria Falls. My room was big, clean and comfortable (I loved the tub in the bathroom!) and the food was exceptional. The pool, air-conditioning and big mosquito nets were SO welcome, because of the heat.

Excellent facilities, huge comfy bed, excellent restaurant (really tasty food) and the staff were lovely and friendly. Very close to the falls as well!
