“A great place to stay but with some issues”
The staff was the best thing about this hotel, everyone we dealt with was so helpful, nice, friendly. I’m sorry I didn’t get everyone’s names because they were all great but especially Vadim. The location is perfect, close to everything and parking was so easy. The room and bathroom were huge! There were tons of towels and fantastic storage in the bathroom. It was also nice to have a little balcony on to the main street.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay! The breakfast was delightful, the staff was exceptionally welcoming, and the location couldn't be better. Vicenza is a charming little town, and this old Venetian-style house is perfectly nestled in the heart of it all. You'll love every moment here! Breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, and the location was excellent.

We had the more expensive room and it was very tastefully decorated, clean and big. The staff at the reception were super friendly and helpful. The parking was nicely next to the hitel.

“Great location for visiting Vicenza”
The hotel is really well situated. Even though it is on the main street in Vicenza it is quiet at night. An easy walk to all the places to visit. The breakfast was great and the staff were all really welcoming.
