Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. From the beginning, we were confronted with prices that were extremely high and, in our opinion, not justified by the quality of the service. The owner offered us a 10% discount, but even with that discount, the value for money was poor. The room was not clean upon arrival. There were hairs on the floor, and there were urine stains on the toilet. It appeared that the room had not been properly cleaned before our check-in. In addition, the room had an unpleasant smell. We informed the owner about these issues, but they were not resolved satisfactorily. The television was not working, which was another disappointment. The food was also very poor and did not taste good at all. The only positive thing we can mention is that there were five coffee capsules in the room instead of the usual three or four. Unfortunately, this was far from enough to make up for all the other problems. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it to other guests. Avoid this hotel.

“Great value for money”
We only stayed one night, but it was great. The conditions were good, the staff was very friendly and welcoming and their restaurant had amazing food.

“An Absolutely Magnificent Experience at an Italian Hotel in the Country of the City!!! 🥰”
The hotel was in an area/environment that was off the beaten path in the country, but it was 5 minutes or less to the nearby mall and other amenities. It was away from the hustle & bustle (not on a busy street), but still very close to reach all needed and/or wanted amenities. 😊 The food (dinner as no other meals are served) was the absolute best meals we have ever eaten!! The portions are sizable and the taste of everything is exquisite!!! A fine dining experience in the comfort of a casual environment!! 😋 The staff, especially the owner Luca, were all incredibly friendly and accommodating!! Upon our arrival we were greeted by the welcoming committee (a very furry and friendly ol’ boy!)!!! 🐶 The water pressure (especially the shower!!) was like a fire hose!!! It was outstanding!!! I would be much happier with my *own* house if the water pressure worked so well!!! 😃
