Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to basic issue. The hotel did not have working Wi-Fi during our stay, despite Wi-Fi being advertised as an available service. This was a major inconvenience, especially since we needed internet access. When we reported the issue, the staff did not take our complaint seriously and instead tried to convince us that the problem was on our side, which was not the case. Additionally, the overall attitude of the staff was unhelpful and dismissive, rather than solution-oriented. Instead of checking the issue or offering an alternative, they insisted we were wrong. Basic services such as reliable Wi-Fi and respectful communication with guests should be guaranteed. Unfortunately, this was not our experience.

The rooms were very large and a solid place to stay. They were clean and well equipped. You can see the place is past its prime, but clean, comfortable and roomy. It was great for a halfway stop.

Hotel Verdi is very nice and convenient place to stay with very spacious and clean rooms. For a price for three-bed room we got a whole apartment suite. The breakfast that cost €5 offers much more than other hotels that charge you €10 or €12. The hotel staff is also very professional and helpful in everything that guest might need. This hotel is one of the best hotels that you may visit in Vicenza and a great recommendation for everyone who wants to visit Vicenza.
