All meals were great,cleaning service in the room was poor as in 5 days even once was done with vacuum cleaner,some of the towels wasn’t clean at all from the previous clients,no access at the spa pool with the children,(which I understood) but why you give that option to the families with kids if they are not allowed to go in there?what the parents should do with the kids while they want to go in the spa? Very expensive for this 4 stars hotel which deserves only 2.

Overall the stay was great, staff were amazing. Felt that the room could have been bigger for two people and when asked to change the room where asked to pay a further charge. overall was a nice hotel and breakfast and staff were great - would stay again.

“Amazing Hotel.”
We spent two nights at this wonderful hotel. We were allocated an executive room which was one of the most amazing rooms we have ever stayed in, it was huge. It had a lounge area, a conference area with a glass topped table with eight chairs and an enormous bedroom off which was a bathroom with jacuzzi bath and walk in shower. From the conference area, a spiral staircase led to a private rooftop garden with loungers. We dinned in both nights of our stay and the food and service far exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was also excellent with a huge choice of hot and cold food. Reception staff were so professional as were the catering staff. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel.

“Great hotel with great amenities”
The hotel far exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely helpful, the facilities were very comfortable, the space was lovely, and the environment was fantastic. If I ever return to this part of Italy, I know I will stay here again. It’s just a shame we had plans outside the hotel because I would have loved to enjoy the spa.
