“Unmissable with a homely feel - amazing host”
Massimo was incredibly kind and helpful to us. We came for a friends wedding and we hadn’t realised that the walk was going to be tricky, so Massimo very kindly gave us a lift to and from the wedding! Going above and beyond at every opportunity. He also made us a delightful breakfast spread and coffees and was so generous in keeping it available for us even after 12. The property is stunning and so comfortable, the views are like a movie, very picturesque. The amenities are more than you can ask for, with lots of drinks available at all times. We had everything we needed and Massimo was the most kind and gracious host we’ve ever experienced. We want to go back just to see him! Honestly can’t recommend this enough, definitely get a rental car for this location - it’s worth it. You can also guarantee very clean, good quality luxurious stay. I was really impressed with the bedding and the down duvet and pillows, making a perfect home for us for the time we were there. Thanks Massimo!

We loved our stay here! It’s a lovely place with a great host. The breakfast was nice, the bed very compfy, parking right in the front, all with that special tuscan vibe. Perfect stay for exploring the area.

Massimo does everything to make you feel at home. I misunderstood that there would be a kitchenette for the guests. I was a bit disappointed as I did not feel like ging out for dinner on my own. Than he decided to cook twice for me even though I was the only guest! The rooms are spacious and very tastefully decorated. Breakfast is plentiful and will be adjusted according to your taste. Good bed and great shower etc

“The pearl of Tuscany - a mannor filled with culture and authentic experience”
one of the kind Tuscany experience. In the iconic suburban landscape this is restored old villa. It feels like a castle. Especially inside it is stylishly decorated in authentic retro manner. The host is unique and kind person, the expert of wines and history. I believe he speaks in many languages as well, especially English and German and of course Italian. You can also buy premium wine here which is really recommended
