Agriturismo Vita Nova lies in a countryside hamlet 7 km from Vicchio, and offers rustic apartments with a private garden set in 2 converted barns. Free WiFi, a heated hot tub and seasonal summer pool are available. The Vita Nova is surrounded by 24-hectare farmland in the Mugello countryside region of Tuscany. “Great location, comfortable clean apartment, friendly staff.”
This is a great place to relax - the gardens and pool were fabulous. Our apartment was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We used it as a base for visiting other parts of Tuscany, including Florence (short train trip). We had an amazing meal in the restaurant. The breakfasts were good and delivered to our door each day.

“A true gem in the heart of Mugello!”
Beautiful location surrounded by nature, peaceful atmosphere and stunning views. The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful – we felt truly welcome. Rooms are clean, comfortable and charmingly decorated. Breakfast with local products was delicious, and dinner at the restaurant was an unforgettable Tuscan experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Tuscany away from the crowds, yet close to Florence and lovely small towns

“A genuine Casa di Nonna in the most stunning place EVER!”
It felt like we were in our Nonna’s house and it was absolutely genuine and beautiful! The pool and amenities and the fun area for kids. the gardens were just stunning ❤️ Lorenzzo made us feel very welcome 😊 we are coming back for sure

“Book it, you won't regret it”
Breakfast is brought out to the time of your choosing (left outside your door). They alternated sweet/ savory every other day. It's generally self catering, though there is an amazing restaurant on site (but book in advance, it's always busy). Quality of food is excellent, with very knowledgeable staff about the menu, ingredients and dish. The location is amazing with breathtaking views. Staff are lovely as is the pool area. It is also amazingly quiet in the area, with a sun rise every morning right in front of you

The views from the estate and the pool are amazing. The apartment (we stayed in Manfredi) was large and cool (even without AC). Breakfast is left outside the door each morning which was perfect when traveling with teenagers. The restaurant is modern and very ambitious. We highly recommend the tasting menu!

“Idyllic Tuscany countryside retreat”
An idyllic few days relaxing in the Tuscan countryside - enjoying the stunning views, the pool and quietness. Our apartment was tucked away and perfect for making our own meals and enjoying them on our private veranda. we also ate at the restaurant on one of the nights which was one of the best meals we've had! Lorenzo and Simone were great hosts and we hope to visit again, we had an amazing time - Grazie!

“Dream stay in Tuscany”
Beautiful location, with dreamy views over the hills of Tuscany. Modern and comfortable pool area, modern infinity pool, lounge beds- everything very peaceful. We had the big romantic room that offers the views over the pool area and hills. It was wonderful to wake up with the views over Tuscany nature. Very still at night- you don’t hear a thing. Everything is stunning in the property- it is well maintained and has the character of Tuscany. The photos don’t do justice for this place- in reality it is even more pretty. There is a fantastic restaurant at the property - we had best ever dinners there; the food was Michelin quality. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and anyone who wants to visit Tuscany.
