Great facility-as it’s a modern university residence. Newly renovated rooms, with a nice touch and great facilities (the air-conditioning was powerful and silent). Location is great too-not too far to walk to the city center and they have a parking area right in front for your car(with a small fee). Helpful and professional staff too.

“Unusual accommodation in interesting Vic”
Good location near centre and with parking. The pleasant cafeteria provided an ample breakfast. I appreciated the facilities in consideration of the environment. Comfortable bed.
