New facilites, freindly staff, very clean and cozy. It is close to Prma ans also close to the highway exit so perfect location for business and tourism. Restaurant is also available. Definitely recommended

Great place for a stay, rooms are like new with everything that you need. In the same building, there is a great restaurant with the best steaks. Everything was clean.

What a wonderful find. The hosts went out of their way to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. The room was spacious, clean and it was clear that the recent renovation of the entire property was a labour of love. The restaurant right next door to the property (closed on Sundays) was obviously very popular with the locals and provided a wide selection of local wines and authentic Italian cuisine. I would highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a touch of real elegance in a rural Italian setting.

Perfect communication even though we booked very last minute. Rooms top with all comfort. Honesty bar available with great selection. Breakfast one of the best I have seen in Italy. Next door’s restaurant is fantastic (even though we had to take away since it was fully booked). Massimo fixed a table in his hotel for us to be able to eat there, much appreciated.

“A gem in the middle of nowhere.”

I am still puzzled to this day, why an accommodation of this quality is located in the middle of nowhere. This place is absolutely brand new (as of 2024.10). It has everyting you would expect from a 4* hotel, but in the countryside of middle of Italy. Great breakfast. Was a bit worried about the sound of the highway nearby, but the rooms are soundproofed really good. Got recommendations for local restaurants from the host (they are driving distance away). The restaurant under the accommodation did not work the night we stayed there.

Every aspect was perfect! The location is ideal—close to the Autostrada yet peaceful, surrounded by lush, pastoral landscapes. The room is spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything you need. Breakfast was wonderful—fresh, delicious, and satisfying. The views are stunning, making it a great base for exploring the beautiful Emilia-Romagna region. The hosts, Massimo and Lorenzo, are incredibly kind, striking the perfect balance between respecting your privacy and being attentive, making you feel right at home. An amazing experience overall!

Tre Colli is a lovely place to stay with very modern facilities and a deliciously comfortable bed! Massimo was the cherry on the top and such a wonderful host who went out of his way to make me feel extremely welcome. Located close to both Parma and the Cinque Terre it is a great option for exploring the area.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was amazing. The room was very comfortable.

We only spent overnight in this amazing fascility but as soon as we arrived we wanted to stay longer. The beds and the pillows were extremely comfortable and it was so plesant to fall asleep after we spent the whole day on the road. The place is increadibly clean and has a nice warmth and charm. The owner was so attentive. Due to our late arrival time we managed to arrange the option for self check-in. However, the owner still made an effort to wait and welcome us in person in order to show us around. Even though we could not speak italian and he couldn't speak english, our communication went really smoothly. In the morning he even made an effort to greet us 'good morning' in our language - a detail to someone, but for us a really nice gesture. We will for sure return to this amazing place. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious.

Fantastic modern small hotel, nice modern rooms with a good shower A/C and all you need. Breakfast was plentiful and good coffee. Hosts sent good information for self check-in,pictures of exactly where everything is as they aren't there all the time. Made room to park my motorcycle inside the grounds of the hotel as the car park is outside shared with the next door restaurant.

Thanks to Google Translate, I was able to smoothly communicate with the owner. It is better to get there by car because I had a hard time getting a tax from Parma station.
