“One of the best stays ever!!! Highly recommended place steps from Viareggio beach.”

First, the location was excellent. Apart on the beach promenade, a few steps away from the beach and all facilities. Our hosts Nunzio and Elisa were very helpful before arrival till our departure. You can reach them for any help need. The apart was beyond expectations. Very nicely decorated and clean place. 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room with American kitchen, 1 mezzanine and a nice small patio on the back side. Our hosts were very kind to think of providing some food and drinks for us in the kitchen. Best place to be in Viareggio.

Excellent location right on the front with nearby supermarket and restaurants. The train station was an easy walk giving access To Lucca (17mins/4euro) and Pisa - the Giro d Italia cycling race even went past the front door was was a real bonus Elisa was incredibly helpful, even arranging help for my classic car parking is available right outside and very reasonable and safe

The owners were very friendly, communication was great, the cleanliness was second to none, beautiful apartment with exquisite mezzanine floor with sofas, perfect for pre going out drinks, small courtyard at rear with table and chairs and across the road from lots of bars, restaurants and boutique shops behind which was the beach...fantastic place to stay.

Fantastic location, very friendly staff. Had air-conditioning in all three rooms. Opposite is lot of beach places. Highly recommended although not the cheapest one.

Beautiful stylish apartment, very clean and modern. The host was very helpful and responsive, and he picked up from the station. Its literally next to the beach, and there are many cafes around. The beds are comfortable.

“Great apartment in front of Viareggio seafront!”

We have been at Carducci Suite for two nights, two adults and two children. Very satisfied with the location (just cross the street and you will find yourself on Viareggio seafront) and with the apartment, furnished with style and equipped with everything you need. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is perfect for a family of four with a bathroom for each bedroom. The bedrooms are located in the back side and very quiet! The newly installed air conditioning system allowed us to sleep without suffering the heat of these days. You can relax in the back terrace equipped with a table and chairs after the beach or dinner. Elisa was super nice and gave us excellent advices. Absolutely to be repeated and for a longer stay!
