It is a beautiful hotel. The staff were great & very friendly . The hotel was spotlessly clean . The breakfast every morning was brilliant .The beds were extremely comfortable , fabulous modern bathroom . The location was very central to everything . I would give it a 4 star 🌟 rating .

“What a find, a real little gem!”

Great location, 15/20 min walk from the station. 5 min walk to the promenade. Little balcony with a side view to the prom. I think the hotel has been recently refurbished. Lovely reception area with a small sitting out area & a nice breakfast lounge. The room was very nice, clean comfy bed, good shower, nice towels. Really excellent breakfast.

The hotel was spotless, the location was perfect, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfortable, and the room was cleaned every day.the breakfast was very good, We had an early flight and they gave us a packed breakfast to take away.

The location first of all was superb. The room and facilities really very good for what we paid. Breakfast left nothing to be desired either and the staff were super friendly and there to help. Above all...the owner is a really lovely and professional man. He runs a great show but is also highly appreciative of all his supporting staff. Highly recommendable. “Great little town and nice hotel”

Excellent location just half a street back from the sea front boulevard. Nice big room and an excellent breakfast. Staff particularly nice & helpful. We had to leave early morning so they made up a "packed breakfast" with a bottle of water for us to take. It's only about 10 minute flat walk from the staion.

“Perfect beach weekend in a tip top hotel”

Beds very comfy. Breakfast was very tasty indeed: a huge selection of different foods, I’d think there’s something for everyone. Staff was really kind and very helpful. Rooms were spotless and room and bathroom were thoroughly updated. I loved the different storage solutions too.

“Perfect hotel delightful staff”

The welcome we received was lovely the staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived a few hours early but our room was available. The beach is 5 minutes walk away and the harbour is 10 minutes away with some great food

“Comfortable and enjoyable”

The breakfast was excellent catering for lots of different tastes. The staff were friendly and attentive getting to know our breakfast choice of drink, in our case tea, and getting it ready for us. The staff were very helpful with arranging restaurant bookings and advice on things to do, arranging a taxi to the airport for us at the end our stay. The hotel is in a good location, close to the promenade and the beach. We also did a day trip to Lucca which is only a short train ride away.

Staff are friendly and helpful and professional, always there if you need anything. Breakfast was served with a smile fresh fruit, cereals, cakes, eggs, bacon and frankfurters, toast, pastries and yoghurt plus more. Delicious cappuccino! Spotless hotel with a nice area to sit in the evening. Room was a decent size with a great en-suite, toiletries, fridge, hairdryer, TV and safe. Across the main road from beachfront, great restaurants and shops. 10 minute straight walk to train station.

Great location. Right across the road from the beach. Rooms were clean and the hotel was generally kept very well. Breakfast had a fairly good selection. Friendly staff.
