Good breakfast, close to the beach and great local restaurants. Room was comfortable and enjoyed sitting in the balcony watching the sea.

What a beautiful hotel and the staff were amazing! Facilities were beautiful: comfy bed with lovely bedding, immaculately clean, beautiful bathroom and newly furnished. Air conditioning worked really well. Fast modern lifts.Breakfast was incredible, such a huge variety that caters to all people. Ocean views from room, fabulous! We went to watch the Carnivale del Viareggio and as we were on the first floor with views from a private balcony we were literally in the best place to view the parade and fireworks.

Hotel is in an excellent location, with a car park underground.

The bed and pillows were superb. Proper feather pillows, not theose hard breeze block ones you sometimes get or the empty pillow case ones, no these were as good as it gets and there was a few too. mattress was perfect for me,. I will never understand this bed sheet, eiderdown blanket thing that almost all hotels have in europe and the states. just put a duvet on the bed.......in a duvet cover...then you dont get tangled up and you can regulate the heat........

We absolutely loved this hotel and plan to return! We had the chance to upgrade to a Junior Suite which was fantastic. You can watch the sunset over the sea from your balcony. The breakfast and dinner are both incredible.

This is an excellent hotel for location and views across the sea front and promenade. The breakfast included int he room rate was great, it was fresh and plentiful with good choices each day. the staff in this hotel are superb, friendly and attentive.

Staff delightfully friendly in the main and could not do enough for you; Kledji and Guilia deserve special praise for their genuine warmth towards guests. Dining room pleasant enough and we dined alfresco every night allowing us to people watch and enjoy lovely sunsets over the beach. It was a shame a first rate lounge and indoor pool were very rarely used by guests in our experience. Plenty of choice at breakfast and as we chose half board, the evening meals consisted of a mixture of buffet and or a small range of a la carte offerings, the latter seemingly often fish dominated which is not my personal preference. Did not matter though as there was always something from the hot/cold buffet to choose.

Good location to go for beach. They have indoor swimming pool so we could compensate bad weather but with big but see section what I didn’t like. Room with balcony with view to the see - from the side but still good. Quite good breakfast.
