“Home from home.”

Everything about this hotel is wonderful from the lovely friendly Cindy and her colleagues to the fabulous location. We were greeted so warmly by Cindy who went out of her way to find us a parking space. She also allowed us into the room early where we were delighted to find a gift of a lovely bottle of wine from the Management. The breakfast was lovely and we were offered freshly cooked eggs, a rarity in any hotel these days. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel in the most amazing location if you are visiting fabulous Viarregio.

It is a pet friendly hotel! Our dog received a welcome gift and was allowed to stay at the breakfast area. The breakfast was good and the waitress was friendly by asking us what kind of coffee or egg we wanted. There was an enormous dog, Jack, if not mistaken, that was very friendly even though he is intimidating. Also, they have a small black cat that was very friendly and like to be pet. The staff was friendly and explained us what we needed to know in the area. The room was cleaned and the bed was comfy.

We really loved our stay at Hotel Lukas. The place has a warm, homey feel and the staff are all super friendly and helpful, it honestly felt like staying at a friend’s house. The location is great, just a short walk from the beach. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a very cozy bed. We also really liked the paintings in the hallways which give the hotel a special touch. Breakfast was delicious, with both sweet and savoury choices, and the staff were always kind and attentive. Plus, the price was very reasonable, especially compared to other places nearby. Great value for the quality. We’d definitely stay here again!

The location was great, just over the road from the beach and shops, plus they give a discount for a beach club which was a nice bonus. The staff were so friendly and helpful, arranged a taxi and were on hand to help with restaurant suggestions and anything we needed. The room was very clean, well kept and facilities were better than expected. Oh and the breakfast was incredible!

excellent position : quite and almost on the sea. attentive welcome in our room : handwritten wedding anniversary greeting card . In the age of AI, a little human touch is nice.

Bteakfast was good. They made eggs acc. To our needs and coffee as well. Very nice family hotel and good athomsphire. Owners are friendly and helpful. Their dog Jack is also nice.

Very comfortable family run hotel, staff were so nice and extremely helpful. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with freshly made scrambled eggs served to your table. Taxi shuttle to the train station was cheap and much appreciated in the heat. Our room was comfortable, clean and fresh towels and linens daily. Location was excellent, 50 meters to the beach and discounted rates at the beach club was fantastic. We will certainly return and have recommended Hotel Lukas to our friends.

“Comfort and closeness”

The staff were exceptionally kind and considerate of everything provided. I am a solo traveller with my dog and I honestly loved how considerate they were to all the needs my pet has, they even provided a little surprise box for us when we arrived. I am so grateful to have stayed here and will definitely stay here again when I return to Viareggio. The location is perfect to get into the city and parking is easy!
