I come to Viareggio every year but it was my first time staying here. Great location, very clean, I didn’t try breakfast so can’t comment on that. The best part was that everyone of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, the location was perfect, the rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay in Viareggio, and we will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit.

Excellent breakfast, loads of choice and plenty of it. Excellent location, 100 metres from beach, close to restaurants and shops. Very clean with sheets and towels changed regularly. Friendly staff. Quiet.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff very efficient. Room was clean. Only problem was the noise in the street. Rubbish men collecting the rubbish at 3.00 am, loud banging noises, talking loudly to each other, bottles being thrown into the recycling lorry every night. Not a restful nights sleep.

Conveniently located on a side street near the sea front at Viareggio so no road noise, but with plenty of car parking nearby.A lovely welcome on arrival and in perfect English plus help sorting out a parking permit instead of having to try and use the machines on the roadside. Charming, spacious and spotless room with a comfortable bed. The receptionist made recommendations of where to eat nearby. Breakfast the following morning was copious and with something to suit all tastes, and was repeatedly topped up with freshly cooked items. A gem of a place and incredible value for money

Location and excellent value

“The basic rooms are basic but they get the essentials right - fab”

The basic rooms are indeed basic, e.g., we didn't have water or drink facilities in our three rooms. But knowing that they're basic rooms, they get everything right: quiet, comfy, big enough, clean, (electric) shutters on windows; plus friendly, helpful staff. A similar deal with breakfast: they get the essentials right. I'd gladly stay here again.
