This it s far the best accommodation as an apartment that I stay ever in Italy. The apartament it s equipped with literally everything that you can think of or everything you need. 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms - one with shower, one with bathtub and livingroom with kitchen. Everything perfect. Exceptionally clean.

Everything. Was lovely and modern spotlessly clean. Interior design was perfection. We had everything we needed. Elena was there to meet us as soon as we arrived her husband kindly sorted the parking for us. There was a car park right opposite the apartment. We loved the location. Perfect for looking at the yachts and it was a wonderful location for the beach area too. We will definitely visit Viaeggio again so refreshing to have beautiful shops right at the beach.

Beautiful apartment, bright and airy with lovely high ceilings, very clean and well equipped. Good location, close to the sea front and handy for lots of shops, restaurants and a great bakery! About 15 mins walk from the train station. Very easy from Viareggio to do day trips to Florence, Pisa, Cinque Terre, Lucca. Viareggio was really pleasant, a clean and pretty resort, it didn't feel too busy and everyone was friendly and helpful.

“Wonderful holiday in a bwautiful setting with beat hosts!”

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable (one of best mattresses and pillows I’ve had whilst travelling), modern and nicely decorated, a lot of thought has been put in making guests stay as comfortable as possible (small details like having tv, air con in each room, allows everyone to create their own comfort zone, Netflix also available for those like my son - addicted to his cartoons :)) Kitchen is also equipped with everything you need to make your stay like home, all dishes, cutlery, spices and main items for cleaning and cooking are made available, which is very helpful! Location of the apartment is great, so close to the beach and main promenade, with lots of shops and restaurants. And last but not least, Elena and Giuseppe are best hosts you can wish for! They are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble to make your stay most enjoyable. They have offered airport transfer for a very decent price (also had to wait for us for hours as our flight was delayed more than 4h!), offered a lift to the station on our way back, always available for very useful information throughout our stay. Can’t recommend them enough and cannot wait to be back!

“Great location to relax in Viareggio!”

Great location by the beach and boardwalk. Super convenient for walking around everywhere and parking super close. Large apartment with two large bathrooms. Very clean. Large kitchen and nice washer too. Coffee machine was available as well as coffee pods, refrigerated water, prosecco included! Host included all necessary amenities like shampoos/conditioner/lotions and dishwasher liquid and laundry detergent. Beautiful apartment with impeccably clean interior, high ceilings, large beds and great air conditioning. Hostess was kind and lovely. All you need to have a wonderful stay in Viareggio! Highly recommend!

“Excellent host and location and we had a really comfortable stay”

This apartment was really modern and clean. It had all the facilities that we needed for a comfortable stay. There is a lift and easy access into the building. An approx. 15min walk from the train station, close to the beach, cafes and restaurants. Excellent communication from the host. Great room heating too.

“We had an awesome time, we should have stayed longer”

Everything was amazing! Close to everything and just a gorgeous apartment!!

The apartment is spectacular, we cannot say enough about how amazing our stay was. The location is great, it is very central to the city centre, seaside promenade and easy to move around for day trips to see the surrounding area. Parking is right outside and buses 100 m. away. Absolutely the best holiday apartment we have stayed in! The ease of door codes and automatic shutters, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, tea, spices, oil, vinegar, etc. etc. it’s hard to name all the extra touches that were provided. The best of all Elena left us a bottle of Prosecco, juice, sodas and bottled water all chilled in the fridge…. And ice cubes in the freezer, a great added touch. The apartment was like having two separate suites with each bedroom having it’s own bathroom, great showers and special body care products that were amazing. The view out our window provided a peek-a-boo of the ocean and promenade and was so lovely to have. Lots to watch and not noisy at all. Air conditioning worked excellent and screens on windows if preferred to open at night. We hope to return next year for a longer stay!

the best apartment we stayed in during our whole stay in Italy - just brilliant . Graet location near some excellent retsaurants - would have loved to have stayed longer. Host Elena faviloso - and a lot of fun.

“Perfect holiday apartment”

We were super pleased with the apartment. It had a great location - directly across from the main promenade and beaches; there were 2 of the best restaurants in town on the ground floor of the building ( but not at all intrusive; there was a brilliant cafe next door for morning coffee; the entrance was very smart - all marble: there was a decent elevator; the parking in a tree lined square right outside was so convenient; Elena, the hostess organised a parking permit for us ( inexpensive ): Elena also could not have been more helpful; she responded instantly to any messages; the apartment was spacious, very well kitted out; decent linen; pristine white towels and bathrobes; 2 hairdryers, washing machine, iron and ironing board; toiletries in the bathrooms; all the kitchen appliances were as new and all worked; good air conditioning ; great TV with all the cable channels you could want. I honestly couldn’t find a single fault with it. We were 4 adults with a nine week old baby. We had a great stay. Thank you Elena

We were accommodated in the White Apartment, which is really a high quality, exceptional, brand new and unique place in the heart of Viareggio. Elena and Giuseppe are fantastic hosts, they helped us in everything, also in the transfer from and to the airport, gave great recommendations what to visit around and where to have a dinner, and also provided discounts in some restaurants and beach places. They were very kind, extremely helpful and instantly accessible via mobile when we had any questions. The apartment is very well equipped, furnished by a high quality design, and has a central location in the town close to everything (beaches, shops, restaurants, main promenade, grocery stores, molo etc). Even the train station can be reached by a 15 min walk which provides fast access to the beautiful places around (Cinque Terre, Lucca, Pisa etc). Viareggio has a very good atmosphere, with quality beaches and fine sandy shores, good restaurants and bars, and Elena Apartments provide a marvellous place to stay and enjoy a summer holiday. I truly can recommend it to anyone, single / couple / family travelers equally, you will be in very good hands of Elena and Giuseppe.

“Excellent stay in the center of Viareggio”

We had a great stay at Elena’s house. The apartment is very spacious, luminous, super clean and very well equipped. There is everything you need for your stay, washing machine, coffee, tea, etc. The apartment is very well situated, in a center of Viareggio, very close to the beach, sea and the promenade, with many great restaurants and bakeries around. Elena is a great host and provides a lot of information and help, answered all of our questions and can also arrange the airport transfer. Elena and her husband even helped us to book a parking online. We really appreciated Elena’s hospitality and we will definitely come back!

“Home away from home.”

Elena was the perfect host. The house was ready and clean. We were met at the train station and taken to the Unit. Elena explained the workings of the unit with codes for the building and how to operate things like the washing machine/dryer, air conditioner, Netflix along with where to find everything in the kitchen. You will find everything you need in the kitchen, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, oil and butter. (So thankful for the butter 😊) soap powder for the washing machine. The unit has shutters to keep out any noise at night time, (great for light sleepers). We had a wonderful, comfortable stay.

Perfect appartement - absolute top. Clean, luxurious, fully equipped. It exceeds expectations in every aspect and the host, Giuseppe, is extrememly nice and helpful. He has even bought for us a weekly parking ticket and reserved a parking place. Top client service - you do not see that often.
