Highly recommend this beautiful, well-presented, spotlessly clean and well-equipped modern apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host, Andrea, was very welcoming and friendly. The apartment is in a great location as it is just a short walk to the railway station, supermarket, beach and restaurants.

Very beautiful place. Clean, quiet, ~1,2km from sea (in half way is big nice Park). Public beach is ~3km. Free parking in area.

The apartment is beautiful, large, and very clean. The hosts were super friendly and very accommodating. I would highly recommend a stay in this super apartment.

All was great. Andrea was waiting for us when arriving to give us keys and few reccomendation. All equipment was good, clean, ready to use. AC was working perfectly. 200m to big supermarket opened till 9pm. 15min walk to the beach.

The space, decor, location, everything was absolutely PERFECT. We could work there and kids play without bothering each other too much. Easy walk to the magnificent park and beach and we loved our first ever stay in Viareggio! Excellent family location.
