“Perfect for a Carnevale overnighter.”
We were there for Carnevale and the location was excellent...just a block off the promenade. While we had the smallest room, it was clean and comfortable.

The owners were very nice and kind. Although they did not speak English well, we agreed on everything. The room was clean and equipped. The room included small snacks, a fridge and water as a treat every day.

This lovely B&B is located only a short walk from the beach of viareggio with a beautiful view to the sea and the park on the other side. All in all we had a very nice stay. the room was very clean. Would come back when staying in Viareggio the next time!

The room, along with the balcony with the side sea view was wonderful. It would have been better to have the second floor since the view from there would have been even better. The old person was super nice, although he could hardly speak English. His suggestion for the fish restaurant (Luca) and the beach (Vespucci) was great.

location was great - almost directly at the beach! The host, Luciana gave us great travel hints. We finally extended our stay,ing there as it was really nice! Thumbs up!
