Overview
Burlamacco guest house is a new accommodation, in Viareggio's heart, only 350 mt from the beach and from the famous promenade, at 400 mt from railstation. Very well furnished, it is situated in the pedestrian area, an ideal position to reach everything by foot: the beach, the relaxing pinewood, shops and restaurants. We speak English, German and French.

“Great accommodation”
First time visiting Tuscany, so we wanted to visit different locations. The train station was a 5 minute walk as was the shops, beach and restaurants in Viareggio. The host Veronica was very nice and knowledgeable of the area. Our room was on the 2nd floor and was spotless and comfortable.

“A comfortable hotel in a great location.”
This is a small hotel of only 5/6 rooms. The hosts are very welcoming and keep in contact without being intrusive. They are always available if there is a problem. The rooms are comfortable, but it is not a hotel with typical facilities. However, it is located half way between the station and the beach area and there are many cafes and restaurants as well as a little supermarket nearby. I would recommend it and it is good value.

Veronika is wonderful, kind and warm welcome, they do everything to make the guests feel comfortable, great service and location, everything is 10 minutes walk to the center, to the station, to the beach. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I will definitely visit again. I strongly recommend it.

“Small, clean room, very good location”
Small, but very clean room, with a narrow bathroom but a wide shower. Very good bed! Veronica is super friendly and helpful. I felt very welcome. Location is perfect, about a 5min walk from the station and about a 10min walk from the beach (private beaches). The neighbourhood is super nice, quiet but with restaurants and bars not far.

Welcoming and accommodating with an early check in. Quiet pedestrian area but close to places to eat and shops. Short walk from station, beach and park. Very clean
