Superb penthouse apartment, fully equipped, clean, with 2 terraces with splendid views of the sea, beach, sunset, mountains, city and its main promenade. Excellent location, with beach, shops, cafes, banks, restaurants, terraces very close by, within walking distance. Our heartful thanks to the wonderful hosts, who greeted us in person, helped with the parking permit and were easily reachable.

“Perfect place to be in Viareggio”
Perfect place and perfect location for a reasonable price. Everything went seamless. Many thanks also for the great support to get the right parking voucher! Outstanding is the fact that you have 2 terraces to choose you place for dinner or breakfast. The kitchen is good equipped as well as you have the opportunity to use the barbecue and the washing machine. Nothing to miss!

“Adorable place well located within Viareggio and next to the beach - sunset views were perfect”
Exceptional location in Viareggio - art deco building penthouse with 2 huge terraces one facing the beach and sunset views one on the main promenade. beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants very close by. Lovely hosts who were friendly and contactable throughout our stay. Great amenities for home cooking - very clean and well laid out. Family friendly. Perfect place will definitely book again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Fantastic apartment with everything you need. Stunning views of the sea and mountains. Visited with our family and had the best time. Great location practically on the beach and close to all the restaurants.

The apartment is amazing! We had a fantastic time there. The location couldn't be better, the view is stunning, the apartment is very clean and has all the appliances you need for cooking. Above all, Stefano and Elena are one of the nicest hosts we ever had during a vacation.
