“Very nice but lacking wow”

The property was well equipped with a good kitchen, the bathroom was spacious enough though the door did not shut. the bedroom had good hanging space and enough shelf space, the lounge area had enough room and a table to eat at. the view from the window looked over rooftops to the mountains. the bicycles were serviceable, we used them to ride the length of the promenade, through the town. The town was pleasant with enough places to eat and a few shops to brows and an unlimited supply of private beaches.

The location is excellent in Viareggio. It was a very easy check in and the hosts that we dealt with were so friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was beautiful and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The location was fantastic and we also managed to get free parking not too far away for the 2 nights we stayed. We would love to visit again.

The property is lovely and has everything you need for your stay, very clean and modern. The same can be said about the location, which is optimal for whatever you want to plan to do in Viareggio or if you want to visit neighbour cities&towns with the train station 15min walk. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, always in contact if needed.

Very well presented apartment with every facility you could need and the addition of a couple of bikes to use, recommend the cycle up the promenade.

“Relaxing stay in a nice apartment”

Nice apartment, very clean and functional, including dishwasher and washing machine 😊 The apartment is very quiet, close to restaurants and shops as well as to the sea. Agnese, the owner, is really kind and helpful and always available for questions. I used the bicycle which was included to explore the area and to go to the bakery in the morning. All in all a very nice, relaxing and pleasant stay.

Excellent apartment located just right on the molo with plenty of restaurants and beaches. Hosts were amazing and superbly felxible. The qualiyt of apartment was truly high, nice decor with good taste, well equipped. The nice bottle of welcome champagne gave an extra touch!

“Friendly owners, and a gem of an apartment- great value for money”

A beautiful full appointed apartment- we wanted for nothing and the bottle of wine that welcomed us was a lovely bonus. It’s almost right in the beach and 20 minutes walk from the railway station- many places to eat nearby.

I spent a fascinating Weekend in Viareggio - this apartment helped me feel the Comfort of the city, location in a very accessible location next to the sea. At your service are two amazing bicycles with which you can race and feel the sea breeze of the Italian sea

“A clean, nice place to stay”

The owner (Davide) and his father are very helpful. Though we have some communication barrier due to us not understanding Italian, Davide’s father is very helpful and smashing! it didn’t stop him from showing everything about the apartment and even on where to park our car. Couldnt ask for more. The apartment is very cosy and clean. We knew it from the time we enter that it is designed and prepared as the owner would like to live in. The location is superb, close to everything! and it has a lift where it is very practical for us who travel with kids and luggages. Thanks Davide & Davide’s father!

The apartment is perfectly located on walking distance from the centre, boulevard and beach. The host was super friendly, we got a lovely welcome champagne, were assisted to a free parking spot and all our questions were answered. Even thought we didn't speak Italian, they tried their very best to communicate with us and even had their children available for some assistance in English. The apartment has everything you need, is very comfortable and clean. We liked it so much that we decided to stay an extra night!
