We loved this place. Such friendly staff and a beautiful place to rest our heads right next to the beautiful Cathedral. The restaurant was well worth eating at. Altogether a memorable stay.

The location was excellent opposite the Basilica and the restaurant was perfect. Breakfast was very good value and well worth having. Lots of choice and fab croissants.

The hotel is well situated in the centre of the medieval little town with quite a few car restrictions: great for quietness, leisurely walking, photography, but not so great for luggage carrying if you miss the 'drop off' point. Our fault: instructions from hotel has been provided to avoid this issue. Little town feels safe. Very pleasant generally, room a bit small but quite satisfactory for our overnight stay. Hoteliers very welcoming. Very quiet. Next door to basilica which remained opened all night it seems. Good breakfast.

The room was smaller than anticipated, but well designed and clean. The view was unbeatable and the location was superb. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant excellent. We had to go up three flights of very narrow stairs to get to our room. It was not a problem for us but for older travelers is is definitely something to consider. I absolutely loved this stay!

room overlooking the square, small but very comfortable. Breakfast was simple and friendly The hotel location is ideal as its near the church, has parking near by and in the evening it quietens down so eating outside is charming

Great location, right by the ABBEY. Lovely room, a small space but well designed, a good bed, good bathroom and very comfortable. Excellent dinner in the resturasnt, very strongly recommended. Over all for dinner, drinks and a room, for two people at around 200 Euros - very good value. Kind, friendly and efficient staff.

Our second stay at this lovely hotel in the most beautiful location opposite the west door of Vezelay Basilica. Comfortable rooms, welcoming staff and good food. A peaceful and magical place to stay in Burgundy. Dog friendly.

Wonderful small hotel, remarkable location. Very helpful manager who went with me to park the car. It was not a good idea to try to bring the car up to the hotel while the works in front of the basilique continue. It would have helpful to know this: the parking email had not been updated to indicate the potential problems. Nor had the email about restaurant availability - turns out it wasn’t open when we were there but I’m sure that I would have been told if I had tried to book!
