Open plan living with a fantastic lake view. Comfortable furniture for relaxation and convivial conversation. Two of the bedrooms also have a lake view. Underfloor heating for the cool evenings at Easter. Well equipped kitchen. Ample seating outside, shade covering when needed. Garage parking. Quiet location away from the bustle of Annecy but with easy access to it. We appreciate the opportunity to stay in the villa and all of us enjoyed our holiday very much.

This villa is beautiful- incredible views/outside terrace space & very comfortable inside too! Everything we needed for the stay was provided. Great location for exploring lake Annecy! Would highly recommend & we hope to visit again!

“Gorgeous place to enjoy all that Annecy has to offer”
This was a beautiful place to park ourselves for our time in Annecy. Loved the location. 10 mins to Annecy, 10 mins to Talloires and any time spent relaxing in the house was a joy with those stunning views of the lake and mountains.
