“A wonderfully warm welcome and great location for exploring this beautiful area of loire”

Claude and Michel were simply wonderful hosts, so friendly and so welcoming. We were made to feel a part of their family! The unit is compact and enjoys on site parking and a secured garden area which our dog loved. The breakfasts were excellent and included home made jams. Whilst there are no bars/restaurants in the village there is a Michelin restaurant only a few minutes walk which is dog friendly! We had a fantastic meal there on one of the evenings

“Wonderful friendly welcome”

We had a wonderful stay. Claude and Michel are fantastic hosts, so friendly and welcoming, but also discreet. They very kindly allowed us an early check-in as we are on a long distance walk with heavy backpacks. We had a lovely chat on arrival and felt like we were staying with friends. They also kindly leant us an iron to press our clothes and make ourselves presentable for our dinner reservation at La Croix Blanche (just 2 minutes walk away and also highly recommended). The accommodation is spotless and spacious. There is an honesty bar in the fridge where you can enjoy a beer or wine. The €8.50 breakfast was delicious with tasty homemade jams from the garden. Thank you Claude and Michel, we had a great visit and wish we could have stayed longer.

“Relaxed, friendly and convenient for a visit to Chaumont chateau and gardens”

The owners were friendly. The car was parked safely off the road. We ate our breakfast outside under a sun shade. There was a very good restaurant around the corner and Chaumont was only a short drive away.

“Nice apartment with a central location in the Loire Valley”

Claude and Michel are fabulous hosts. The apartment is large enough to spend a few days comfortably exploring the Loire Valley chateaux. Located in a small (and quiet) village between Amboise and Blois. It has a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom, as well as a small hallway with a refrigerator and a microwave. The wifi works well. If you choose breakfast, they bring it to you at the time of your convenience in a basket (recommended).

“Just lovely!”

The owners of "Deux Ânes" have invested an amazing amount of love in this Apartement. We felt very welcome, everything was prepared perfectly and really clean. Even though it was about 40 degrees celsius outside, the sleeping rooms had a nice and comfortable temperature. We had more than enough room for 4 persons (2 Adults, 2 Kids). The bed is of superbe quality. The breakfast was extraordinarily rich and with the same amount of love to de detail as the rest of the apartment.
