Le Patio des S is the type of property we always hope to find ourselves staying in on our travels around France by car. It's a beautifully appointed property with only a handful of rooms. There's a lovely patio surrounded by greenery and flowers. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed; there was plentiful hot water in the bathroom, and a delicious breakfast waiting for us in the morning. A memorable night's stay in Spring due to the hard work and thoughtfulness of the two wonderful owners. Thank you Lotta and Nikolas. 😊 ps Verzeille is a quiet village just over 10 kms south of Carcassone so it's perfectly located to use as a base to explore the Region.

The owner was really helpful and was there to greet us when we arrived. The room was lovely and the breakfast was exceptional we will certainly stay there again.

Beautiful authentic french village house in a rural village but within walking distance to trains and buses to Carcassonne and nearby villages. It's surrounded by scenic walks. Super friendly and helpful owners who go above and beyond to make sure their clients are comfortable. Lovely garden to relax in with a pool to dip into when it gets too hot. Lovely breakfasts.

The beautiful property was absolutely perfect. We arrived late after a long journey delayed by extremely bad weather and a very busy weekend to travel. We had a wonderful welcome. The place is so beautiful decorated and is such a charming place. There were so many special details we greatly appreciated. Our rooms were immaculate and the breakfast was outstanding. It felt like staying with friends. We will definitely be back. We wish you all the very best with your wonderful Bed and breakfast and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

We stayed at Les Patio Des Senteurs for a week at the beginning of July. It was absolutely fantastic. The hosts were so friendly and thoughtful, always on hand to help us with recommendation on things to see around the area. The breakfasts were delicious and set us up for the days out. The building is stunning foregrounded by an idyllic garden with beautiful flowers and a gorgeous pool. Our room was equally perfect, elegantly designed with a private balcony just for us. I couldn't recommend this place more, for a weekend away or a longer stay. We will come back.

“A little paradise with lovely garden and within 15 minutes drive of Carcassone.”

The hosts were delightful and so kind. We were weary travellers and they let us arrive earlier than we had planned. The garden is exquisite - Chelsea flower show would use the design. It is a calm beautiful place. There is a pergola across the garden which gives shade - and a small pool which is part of the garden design. The rooms were charming and thoughtfully styled. There is no air conditioning - but the rooms were cool in the night. It was very quiet - and there were no mosquitos!. There is no television but the wifi worked well. Breakfast was lovely -selection of breads/jam/fruit/ham/cheese/ juice etc. Parking directly opposite the B and B. 15 minutes to Carcassone. Local wineries which we did not have time to visit - but will next time.

we loved the whole experience. so peaceful and tranquil. all the rooms were light and airy with beautiful windows. syvianne and Pierrot were so kind. they threw open the shutters for us when we went out in the evening so it was lovely and cool to return to. the garden was calm, like paradise with a natural pool.
