“Perfect location for an overnight stay en route to the Alps.”
All the staff were friendly and English-speaking (e.g. receptionist, waitresses, bar staff). Food in the restaurant was very good. Parking on site was 5 euro extra but the car park was very secure and right outside the entrance. Comfortable and spacious room, albeit with no view out, but as an overnight stop this didn't concern us.

“Comfortable hotel in the middle of Champagne”
Comfortable hotel, good bed, great breakfast selection. The restaurant was closed but the one they recommended instead was walking distance and good. They gave us a free upgrade, which was nice.

Great hotel for our brief stay with two children - fantastic room with double bedroom plus large living area with sofa bed. Close to several goof restaurants in the centre of town.

“Comfortable and convenient hotel for Champagne region”
Very good location for easy stroll into centre of town. Secure parking (5€). Comfortable beds and nice bedding, large room (upgraded) nice bathroom plenty of space and space to put stuff. Pleasant reception.

“One night on business trip”
A great place to spend a night or more. Team is welcoming and helpful. We arrived late and the guy in reception help us to find a restaurant near the hotel. Room are well equipped and very comfortable

“Great food, staff and fantastic location”
Great location, great value and fantastic food. The evening meal in the restaurant was outstanding. Breakfast was superb. The rooms were so spacious, very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Location was fine for the time we were there and what we wanted to achieve although we were disappointed that due to french holidays a lot of the facilities in the town were shut. The meal in the restaurant was delicious and a wonderful experience, good value for money. The bar staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, their service was excellent.

“Great stay in Champagne”
Spacious comfortable rooms, ours even had a full kitchen in it. Has a restaurant on premises and is Located in close proximity to other dining options. The bed was large and very comfortable. The service was great! Rooms were clean, hotel is newly renovated

The hotel is nicer than the exterior suggests and the rooms are better than they look in the photos. All-in-all a pleasant surprise.

“Perfect place to stay for visiting the southern part of Champagne.”
The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom had a bathtub! I don't know the last time I saw that. We traveled with our dogs and paid a charge for them. The breakfast was nice, though for that price the coffee should be better and they should have alternative milk.

“Very good quality hotel base for touring the area.”
Overall, the best hotel I stayed in during the two week road trip round France. Friendly, efficient staff, very well appointed room with very comfortable bed, excellent evening meal and very good breakfast. I'd say a very good base for touring the Champagne Region.

Comfortable bed, dog friendly. There’s free parking in the street. There’s a very good restaurant in the hotel (don’t be put off by the fact that it’s in a hotel - it’s probably the best in town), but closed on Sundays

“Broken AC - unacceptable!”
The hotel offered us a room with broken air-conditioning. So the room had no ac at all and the temprature outside was 40 degrees. The worst part when we informed the receptionist was that they knew of course that this room is faulty and the air-conditioning was not working, although they offered it as an available room

“The hotel is conveniently located and clean and tidy, with good restaurant and champagne”
We were upgraded to a suite which was a lovely surprise and really handy as had our little dog with us.
