“Great if you want to visit the castle”
This is a nice apartment that had everything we needed. The location is right next to the castle although is a little way off from the centre of the town.

“Quiet hilltop location, with lovely views, close to Verres Castillo and historic Verres.”
The accommodation itself was just lovely - the room and bathroom were spacious and tastefully renovated, immaculately clean, with a terrace to relax on and beautiful views over the village and mountains. Quiet rural setting above the village of Verres; very close to historic Verres Castillo which could easily be walked to from the accommodation. Free WiFi is now provided. Verres is a delightful little medieval village to explore and about 10-15 minutes walk down the Number 4 path to the small central Piazza E. Chanoux

“Definitely worth a visit!”
It was a unique location, well worth the extra walk up the hill. Very private and beautiful views. The room was modern and comfortable.

Tough walk to location directly under the Chateau. Easy drive but dedicated walk. Hospitality over dinner fabulous. Gnocchi in butter and sage… mmmm! Comfy bed and spectacular night showing if castle to go to sleep to. Glad we made the effort!

“A huge hill to walk up to arrive”
Our second stay here and we have loved it both times. Room is very comfortable and spacious, the view is beautiful, and breakfast in the morning starts our day well.

The property is a long and arduous walk up a steep hill from the town… Which is not good if, like me, you do not have a car. When you arrive at the property address, there is a bar and a farmhouse but no indication whatsoever as to where the actual accommodation is… I searched and searched and could not find it, even though I was standing 30 m from the front door. In the end I had to ask a passer by to ring the property. The only sign I saw was something saying “private don’t enter”, yet this is the accommodation!!

“A welcome retreat in the mountains.”
A fantastic location with spectacular views. The room was very comfortable with a recently renovated en suite bathroom. Very tastefully done. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area after a long drive.

“Lovely”
I loved the area and the room we stayed in, the view of the castle is lovely and within 5min you can walk to it. I liked the breakfast too.
