“Horrible”

The hotel was not clean at all. I felt very uncomfortable throughout the entire night. It seemed like the bedding had already been used and the linens were not changed, which was really unacceptable. On top of that, it was extremely cold in the room. I will definitely not repeat this experience.

They sent a video so we could reach our room as we were a very late check-in. Served its purpose as a 1 night stopover.

I liked the kindness of the staff and of the owner, the breakfast was excellent and the restaurant was practical and well equipped, also with gluten free pizza.

the staff was nice , the bedroom we had was big although the facilities were dated. Below the hotel there is a restaurant which in our case was very practical.

I didn't like it at all. Is the most disgusting dirty smelling creepy place I have ever been to. It's a complete scum. Ugly dirty even a rat would be disappointed. Ruined my holidays.

“A really pleasant overnight stop in a friendly hotel”

Very friendly hotel, convenient for the motorway. As a one star hotel my expectations weren't high, but were very much exceeded. It has a slightly old fashioned traditional style that adds a bit of charm. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with french windows onto a decent balcony overlooking the valley and mountains. Admittedly the room showed a bit of wear and tear that detracted from it a bit, but everything was clean and serviceable. A mini-fridge was a little unexpected, but meant I had nice cold water for the start of the following day's journey, and the bed was huge and really comfortable. As someone travelling through, a major plus was that they have an excellent pizzeria as well, meaning dinner in the garden was sorted without having to look elsewhere! This was lively, with a nice atmosphere with non-residents too, which is always a good sign. Breakfast was also good, typical Italian sweet breakfast. Overall a really pleasant overnight stop, and I'm sure to be stopping there again.

This was one of the worst experiences that I could ever immagine. I was desperately looking for an hotel in order to cut my long travel as I was very tired and find this hotel that stated to have 24h reception. I booked a room regularly and tried to call the Reception. Nobody answered and there was no indication of anything. I booked another hotel as I needed to sleep somewhere. The next day I tried to call them and ask to refund me. I was even not asking for any explanation why they charge a night and they don’t answer as I acknowledge that it was very late. I just wanted to be refunded and have my money back as I payed for nothing. They never refund me and apparently used the cancellation policy of booking as an excuse not to refund me. I called them several times. How can they treat people like this???

Dident have one

i’m arrived just before midnight and stuff happy booked me in. The most like receptionist she with good attitude
