“Quiet refuge in gorgeous Normandy.”
We love the position in a quiet area on the opposite side of the river to the centre of Vernon. There is a private garden and a sunny deck. The cottage is basic but comfortable and we have stayed 3 times now. It’s excellent for cyclists. The garden is full of wild flowers and orchids and you’re serenaded by bird song.

“All you need to enjoy Vernon by bike.”
It’s very peaceful,the deck is a sun trap from mid morning onwards. We visited this time on bikes only and managed to store them in the tiny shed. The bed was comfy,the space perfect for 2. Good WiFi. Vernon is a great cycling town and the local neighbourhood is very convenient for the main town. The kitchen has what you need for simple meals.

“A good place to stay in Vernon with a bike,there is easy access to excellent bike paths all through Vernon and to Givern”
The tiny house was very quiet and private. There was great outside space and even though the weather turned chilly the house stayed warm as it is well insulted. There is good space to park and we put our bikes into the tiny shed. Access to the town is easy and uses back streets and cycle lanes.

In a good position for exploring the area, very clean. Owner very nice would definitely recommend. 2 bakeries nearby. Can walk into main Vernon. If you like walking there’s a riverside path to Giverny.
