The reception made us feel so welcome and stated several times just to ask if we needed anything else or had any problems. She even carried my suitcase up to our door without asking as we were on the second floor and a retired couple. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable bed. Lovely shower. A good location to the town and nice community center and park like walkways behind.

The location is good. I like the people running the motel. They are very polite and helpful. We have stayed here a few times and is our go to motel. I would highly recommend this motel.

Very clean, the owners are super lovely and go above and beyond. Good location to go skiing to Silver Star, still close to Vernon's centre. Comfy, warm rooms.

The owners were super nice and very sincere and accommodating. Took me to my room and explained all the workings. Good location and value for the money. Great for a quick stop in Vernon.
